“Paid for priority. Parcel got lost by fedex and was late being sent by supplier means I have had to deal with very unhappy customer. Considering rgbw track lights have 15 year warranty this is second set for sane job and late being dispatched even though paid extra. Not good at all.”

Hi Robert, Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I apologise that were unaware that our strip lights take a few days in production as they have to be cut the desired length for your order. “Ordered the wrong size to begin with, my fault. The service department were brilliant, sorted out which size I actually needed, issued a returns note and exchanged the bulbs. The correct size bulbs are great, really pleased.”

“I had ordered some lights. I received a email to say they were going to be late. After that I had received 2 more e mails saying the same. i had been offered a upgrade and as I wanted to put my wax light back on. I said yes. I would like to thank you for keeping in touch with me and letting me know what was happening. I will be ordering of you again, also I will be telling people to order from you. Once again thank you so much. For keeping in contact with me.”

“If a product is not in stock, customers should be told. When a replacement was ordered and was marked as urgent then not sent out, that's poor. Good arrived too late to do the job...”

“Staff I spoke with were great but this whole transaction (had 2 before) was a disaster. On line chat let me down 3 times, email wasn't answered. One guy found the missing supplier order issue, followed up and gave me a timeline, great (I'm flexible for this order). Next guy said no such issue, they in stock so shipped them. The 1m led channel cover was bent into a jiffy bag and the permanent crease was just before the cut point so it's now deformed in place. It took weeks. The discount didn't cover the whole basket (no text to support that and no replies to my enquiries). Sorry to leave such a response but you need to tidy this to be a great supplier. Oh I communicated using all 3 below but it says I can't say that.”

“Great product, well priced. Had a problem with the driver being damaged on arrival (almost certainly in transit). Customer service dealt with it straight away and sent me a replacement. Good company, good product”

“Staff on the phone were very helpful. Ensured my replacement led strip lights were the correct power output, colour temperature and IP rating for what I required. Arranged to cut to the correct size with wiring to connect up attached. Arrived promptly and they were easy to fit. They are better than the original leds. Thank you.”

“The led lights are perfect. I took the cool white colour and it is white! I took the 3W for hallways and is not too bright so perfect at night. I took the 6W for the living room and it changes everything for me. It is bright enough to see but not too bright that it is uncomfortable for your eyes. I hate yellow light, it gives me headaches and it is very uncomfortable for me so I am very happy with my purchase. And the price is so good! It is the simplest things that can change everything in your day to day life. Thank you for changing my house!”
