“Great company, spoke with "Raj", who was extremely helpful, efficient and focused to meet my requirement. Great service on communication, ordering and supply of a very high quality lamp. The lamp was supplied with a transformer and tilting feature, easy to fit and a remarkable improvement on the lighting of the shower room, yet only using 7W. I was that delighted with the company and product, I ordered another 3 lamps, later will order more. One drawback on this review, there is no provision for outstanding, as that's what I achieved from the company and the product. John Brennan”

“Ordered LED lights and chanel. The chanel came but now 8 days later I have still not had the LED, transformers and other bits, Really not impressed”

“Ordered G9 LED lamps to replace high energy use G9's. The order arrived within a couple of weeks, after chasing up, part of the order the lamps did not work correctly. Following an email and call to WLED they agreed to a return of the faulty lamps. Since returning the lamps some weeks ago, they have not reimbursed me. I have followed up with an email, but still not reimbursed. I wouldn't recommend purchasing from WLED, the customer service is poor and the quality of lamps are also poor.( sorry my mistake should read very poor).”

Hi Stephen, We are sorry to hear that you haven't had the best experience with ourselves, with regards to the G9's, some of them come as a dimmable option and require varilight V pro dimmer switches which are compatible with them. When returning lamps to us we do advise customers to wait for 3 working days as stated on the returns form. Furthermore I can only apologize if you found our customer service poorly, We always aim to provide the best service to all our customers and we would love to hear back from you to change this bad experience to a positive experience. “I couldn't find the bulbs I usually order on the site 9W GU10 but a quick phone call and the newer version was explained, so ordered those instead, they seem a sturdier bulb than the previous version. More lumens and a slightly wider spread. Easy website and quick delivery as usual. So more than happy all round. Many thanks again!”

“An excellent value for money light that works very well and was easy to install. The dusk to dawn sensor is very accurate. The bulb that I ordered for it produces a fantastic amount of white light that brightens up my driveway. I would highly recommend this product.”
