“I used the online store. I quickly found the bulbs I was looking for (dimmable G9 LED, not available in most online stores). The price is competitive as are the shipping costs. The goods were dispatched the same day with tracking number supplied by email and arrived in rural France 48hrs later! I'm delighted with the bulbs and with the service. “Good quality light delivered very quickly and well packed. i spoke to a gentleman about a small problem i had directing the pir sensor and this was answered efficiently. The light is working and does what I wanted it to do with the manual over-ride function. Very pleased with the transaction and would purchase again from your company.”

“Usually items purchased on line are delivered very rapidly.In this case delivery was many weeks from order placement.There was no notification on the website that the item was out of stock or special purchase and no advice from the supplier that this was the case until I queried why we had not received it. The item once received was functional but its plastic manufacture was disappointing and the flimsy backplate was difficult to fix flush to the wall.”

“FIRST & LAST PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Bought an led compatable dimmer switch & 5 led's to go with it had problems programming the dimmer switch contacted wholesale led lights to ask advise they didn't want to know they said if I have a problem with the switch take it up with the manufacturer. Basically they don't work together had to put regular switch back very disappointed”

“Ordered the dusk to dawn light. When put together to put on the outside wall it does not lie flush. This is a safety risk when it rains. There is no earth cable either? Very disappointed.”

Hi Jayne, We have contacted the supplier of the product in question regarding the concerns you have raised in your review. They have sent back the following information regarding the product: Ø This item is a class II product and does not require an earth connection. Ø There is a back plate housing with a rubber gasket that provides the IP rating (waterproofing) Ø There is a 2mm tolerance between the back plate housing and the back plate this allows for mounting on surfaces that are uneven (stone / render / pebbledash etc.) I hope this information helps to alleviate the concerns you have about the product.
