“Very pleased with the products received. I had to ring to enquire about delivery as I had not received a confirmation email. The member is staff I spoke to was extremely helpful and confirmed a delivery date. I woukd definitely recommend this company.”

“The site is well priced with good products. I bought 4 LED floodlight and they put out a good amount of light for the low wattage. One of the flood lights was damaged on arrival. I was sent out a returns form but had to pay postage back, but still not received a replacement or acknowledgement of the return. They said they have a backlog, but this is not good enough when you have a time sensitive job,”

“WLed are very good at supplying Led lights but in my experience if you have an issue it can be frustrating to get a credit. I did receive an email explaining their returns procedure but felt they could have been more sympathetic.”

“The LEDs have been a great success and the order placing easy & smooth. However, the order was placed on Friday for use the following Friday. I paid extra carriage for Tuesday delivery. No delivery Tuesday, or Wednesday. On Thursday I phoned, they claimed I was under charged by £3.00 and had tried to phone on Monday. I had spoken to no one on Monday. It was then sent 24 hour delivery and arrived @ 13.50 on Friday with an electrician standing by. Not a great experience. Photo not yet available”

“My 10 RO80s arrived on time and in good order. They were described as "Warm White" but those from other suppliers are definitely warmer. Dimming is a bit patchy but doubtless caused by my elderly (30 year) old dimmer switches. Mark Grimwade”

“I required 5 x MR16 LED lights after finding WLED website, the ones I wanted were easily identified. Purchasing through the website was very easy, and the package arrived within a few days. Unfortunately the bulbs delivered were GU10 bulbs. I contacted WLED by email and within 30 minutes of sending the email, I recieved an apology and an assurance that the required lights would be with me within 2 working days. They were. The fact that this happened, coupled with the friendliness of the staff and speed of the resolution means that this is a no worry area should this happen to you. The lights are good quality and fulfilled their required roles perfectly. All I can say is that if you are looking for LED lights then this is the place to go. I will certainly look to use them again.”

“Extremely inconsistent customer service. Some of them do not know the products or services offered. There is a lack of clarity on the website about in stock items which may involve many days delay to your order. Reasonable quality (not amazing) led strip. Unfortunately there 7.2w /m only does 30 led /m rather than its competitors that choose 60/m and hence you get blobby strip behind diffuser not an even band of light as the greater number of leds provides.”

“Unfortunately the items that I bought would not work even with the dimmer that the lamp manufacturer recommended. When I brought this to Wholesale led light's attention they immediately said that they would take the bulbs back for a refund. I have given 4 stars because although the product was poor the customer service was excellent”
