“I ordered aluminium channel and covers for strips. All arrived on time but unfortunately the covers were diffused, not the clear I ordered. An email had a reply within 30 minutes and after sending an image of the incorrect covers I was informed replacements were being dispatched. They arrived a day later. Warehouses make mistakes, and I think it a measure of a company how they deal with this type of situation. Top marks to Wholesale LED for resolving the problem for me.”

“LEDs were needed quickly for a small project. From phone call to delivery next day took less than 24 hours. Fast, efficient and friendly service. Have used them many times to supply me with approximately 50 lamps and fittings for my home.”

“super service, ordered lights on a sunday afternoon were delivered on the Tuesday. this is the 3rd flood light I have installed, mine first then my daughter saw how good the light was so fixed her up with one also my brother was impressed with mine so fixed him with one . keep up the good work thank you Albert Botley”

“I can't comment on the quality and performance of the bulbs as I was unable to use them. On opening the first box I saw a warning about the type of dimmer that should be used with these bulbs. I ordered the recommended dimmer but these bulbs refused to work with it! I contacted the company that makes the dimmer who had never heard of this make of bulb and said that they had only tested their dimmer with Philips and Megaman bulbs. I ordered 2 Megaman bulbs and everything is now working perfectly. Fortunately the company that sold the original bulbs immediately agreed to take them back so all was satisfactorily resolved. led's can it seems, be a minefield.”
