“I collected from the store and the service was very good. However the website does not make it clear that prices are ex VAT until you go to checkout. This can be misleading when comparing prices.”

“The G9 4W LED is a brilliant product and a more than equal replacement for the original G9, with the added bonus of 90% saving on running costs! The only downside was the delay in sending the product to me. There was no indication on the website that the product was not in stock. In this age of on-line products/ordering customers expect, as I did, to have a quick turn around, 2 weeks form ordering/payment to delivery seems fairly poor service to me.”

“Hi In response to your request for feedback the only issue I found was that I did not get an acknowledgement of my order and a possible dispatch date. I was emailed when it was dispatched though The downlight has now arrived and I am more than satisfied with product Regards Dave Cantle”

“Poor delivery time. After waiting one week and two emails later I received a reply saying my item was being dispatched. Thom apologised for the delay and gave me a 15% discount. I would've been happy if they had informed me of the reason for delay. I've had no problems with delivery before, but it has still made me think twice about using the company again.”

“The website is excellent; I did not need to speak to anyone. Delivery was spot on. The R80 LED downlighter bulbs are brilliant, in both senses of the word; I hope they last a lot longer than the previous Halogen bulbs I bought from Homeserve which had an annoying habit where the glass bulbs fell out and shattered on the kitchen floor! and the previous compact fluorescent bulbs with an advertised life of 10000 hours from B&Q; you were lucky to get a tenth of that.
