“Thought the service was very good with regards to dispatch and arrival time but I thought it was very poor the way I ordered a meter length and they asked me did I want it cut but they only sent me 75cm. Also I know it doesn't make much difference but the length of 75cm I received had not just one but 2 joins in it... This wouldn't annoy me so much but only for the fact It cost nearly 20 quid so I would like to think it was more than some off cuts from other orders I received.”

“The product I bought, WILTSHIRE ALUMINIUM OUTDOOR WALL DUSK DAWN LANTERN, is well made, easy to install, and so far working very well. It looks good too! The only thing I was not impressed with was the delivery time. Despite being advertised as in stock, delivery within 5 - 7 days, it actually took nearly 3 weeks to be dispatched. However, correspondence with the company was excellent. Emails were answered very promptly and politely. If the delivery had been as advertised, I would have given 5 stars.”

“The light works perfectly and Is good quality. I paid and ordered for 48hr delivery but it was 5 weeks later when the light arrived. There was no communication from Wled and I had to keep contacting Wled to find out why I had not received the light. They informed me that they were out of stock. I asked for a refund for the 48hr delivery charge but have still not received this. Wled, you need to communicate with your customers.”

“Purchased 2 outdoor lights, one for the back and one for the front. I can only comment on the back light as this one has been fitted, works very well and we are able to see the whole of our back garden, which is around 23 foot long. Both lights were good value and there was a great range of choice. Delivery ???? was quick and packaged well. Would use again and would recommend.”

“Service was superb! Disappointed with previous purchases and the consistency of light colour in present order which OBVIOUSLY does not match those which they replace producing mismatch of colours. Recent orders for cool white MR16's have a green hue! Also many of original batch have staggeringly low life expectency measured on dozens rather than thousands of hours. Some dimmmable MR16's matched with appropriate drivers and trailing edge dimmers fail to dim sufficiently. This is disappointing as I took verbal advice from your technical centre years ago when I embarked on this energy saving project.”

“Package was good received on time, ordered quite a few bulbs a couple were warm white rather than cool white. But I did order extra so didn't bother much. Good service overall”

“Order some reflector E24 light bulbs seem to be of a good quality. light produced is brighter that my old bulbs. Only time will tell if they last as long as stated. So far very happy with the product and the service.”

“Ordered a combination of indoor led bulbs and outside lights, slight problem with indoor led bulbs as the type ordered was not in stock, recieved phone call from company explaining that would take a while to get new ones in stock but could provide similar bulbs. As they where pretty similar that was no problem. Light and bulbs working well and pricing compeive the reason did not give " very good "report was the bulbs did take eight days to arrive . Overall satisfied with company”

“The lights that were provided were of great quality; so much so, the customer has recommended them to be fitted to other buildings that he owns. even when there was a problem with my second order (30W flood lights were unavailable) I was provided with a quick solution and contacted by your staff who were extremely friendly. Thank you so much for a great service.”
