“I cannot fault the service I received from this company. The person I spoke to was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was able to help me buy the correct product. The lights arrived on time and I didn't even have to pay postage! Lights look lovely too. Thank you.”

“Excellent price and delivered quickly. Was worried that 3.5W bulbs wouldnt be bright enough, but they are very good and comparable to halogen light output. Small issue with order was dealt with very quickly/efficiently - will definitely use again (although 5 year guarantee on bulbs hopefully means I wont need to in the near future!).”

“LED Strip - cut to length and terminated with a short cable. Arrived on a reel, in an anti-static bag and a padded posting bag. The price was half that of other, similar companies and it seems to work perfectly. Ordered Friday as 2nd class post and arrived the next Wednesday. Over all, excellent!”

“Great service from this company, orders arrived promptly, and well packaged. When I had to change all my light fittings (my fault) they replaced them all at no extra cost to me , free postage etc., Always friendly and helpful either on phone or e mail, helped me through many queries and now I have lovely lights , cool white led, couldn't be better and cheaper electric bills too !”

“I bought this for my ex wife yes I know strange still buying her gifts. Shes so pleased with them much brighter longer lasting than the old hallowgen 50 watts which offer no warrantee and Ive told her about the costs saving.”

“Items bought were part of a phone order. On the Wednesday I placed the order I was told all items were in stock and would be delivered Friday. Nothing came. Chased the order on the Monday to be told the items had been out of stock and were due in that day. I waited till Thursday before the items I ordered came, over a week since the order was placed. The LED strip lights and aluminium channel seem good quality (apart from the end caps didn't fit) and the transformer looked fine, but the miscommunication was just poor organisation on the sale persons behalf and if the items were out of stock it would have been nice to have a phone call to say so.”

Ordinarily items are dispatched within 24 hours of the order being placed, but in this instance the items in question went out of stock which held up the order. “Always prompt efficient service on our orders. All correct and delivered on time. Very good service on phone also. On last order, MAGENTO 100 036554, Alex (Alec) offered to include a complimentary light due to failure of one on previous order. Unfortunately this was forgotten by the time order came to be despatched.”

“Excellent product, does exactly it what it says on the tin. And to top it off I had some great help organising the cut offs and joins in the right order from staff (Thom - thanks). Nice personal touch. This sort of customer service deserves good feedback, so much so that I ordered the controller for the kit for it too. All delivered together and on time. I attached these LED's behind my PC 4K monitor and it looks the mut's nuts. Thanks guys!!!”
