“The quality of the light unit was good, though there were no detailed instructions so someone with little or no experience would not find it easy to fit them. My main probelm was your customer service. I ordered them on line on Sunday evening & confirmed the order by phone on the Monday. I was assured that they would be sent that day. Nothing arrived that week & on the following Monday I checked with you only to be told that you were awaiting delivery in a couple of weeks but could supply them in the warm colour. I changed my order & the lights arrived on the Thursday. Not impressd that nobody informed me that they were out of stock as I could have had an electrician booked that week to fit them.”

“I needed some 12v LED lamps for an en-suite application. Found them here thro' a google search and gave the company a try. Excellent information on the site follows by speedy delivery at a sensible price. Well done and thank you. A great range of energy saving units, I'll be back for more soon.”

“Very good product and very helpful throughout the buying process. I called for advice on what to choose which they helped me with and then I also called up once the item had been delivered to ask how it worked properly and they were very helpful. Good company and fast delivery :)”

“Good bright even light. Fittings are designed to fit a lay in grid suspended ceiling system, hang on suspension wires or to be screwed to a wall. To fit onto a plastered ceiling as we wanted to do required the wall fixing brackets to be turned leaving them exposed and a secondary trim from to be made to them cover the fixings. A bit of hassle but the finished job still looks good and does its job. Fitting into a suspended ceiling would be simple.”

“Initially I though that the service and communication was good but then the goods didn't arrive when expected so I had to call and find out what was going on. Apparently the transformers weren't in stock (which I should have been notified about) but I was promised a higher grade product to stall me from getting a refund. 48hrs later I had to call up again to cancel the order as it had not arrived and I was told exactly the same story. This time I put more pressure on and received the goods the next day but I actually had people on standby waiting for these lights from Monday - Friday and we are not impressed so despite the polite staff we were not impressed with the service. The product is good though - once it arrived!”

“We ordered 3.3w LED lights & some spotlight fittings. The service was very good. The person on the phone was extremely helpful. We were going to order the 6w LED bulbs & he advised us to go for the 3.3w bulbs. These bulbs are very bright. & because the beam is 120' there is no dark spots. There is no dark spots in the rooms. We will save more with the 3.3w bulbs. Not very happy with the fittings as they are not fire rated & very flimsy. Definitely buy more of the same bulbs & introduce family & friends.”

“I found it difficult to get information on technical terms such as Lumens and Kelvin and have struggled trying to get a replacement LED bulb that gives out the same light as my existing halogen bulbs. The products should give all the info inc. lumens and Kelvin and a non technical persons guide to matching with halogen lights. The actual delivery etc. was very good and I was informed throughout.”

“Quick efficient order and delivery... the Low Power LED GU10 have worked a treat in the stairwell where I have a chandelier with 5 ... they give a good light and are much better than the florescent which took so long to warm up. Dropping from 45w to 7.5w total will pay for the bulbs in a couple of years! The house is now almost full of LED lights, from wholesaleLEDlights and we save so much energy and money (and they look good too).”
