“i got an estimate for pennies under a grand just over a month ago, we went in last week to extend the estimate period for another month and the operative was less than helpful, not even a smile once during the whole experience, hopefully we don't get her when wee go in and pay for it. apart from that, all good as we have used them multiple times before.”

“I ordered a cabinet and sink . The cabinet was slightly damaged and once I sent in photos a new one was sent asap fir replacement . No email needed just a nice kind lady answering the phone no hassle . Great service .”

“I needed 6 tiles (600 x 300mm) for a step. Liked the tiles so bought one box and was charged about £35 for tiles plus £36 delivery. They arrived by Royal Mail and all were broken. Royal Mail costs £12 for this weight so they were just trying to make more money instead of using a proper delivery service for this weight. The only reason they didn't get one star is because I got a refund.”

“The products are very good, what let's them down is the delivery, I was left to take in the bathroom all by myself, the delivery driver refusing to help and was quite rude. I did ring up the company but they didn't want to know. Sadly as a result I won't be using this company again.”

“My customer will be so pleased that the matt black shower screen channel has now been delivered. This will complete the transformation of their restyled shower room. This renovation has taken weeks of planning and this matt black aluminium profile will be the icing on the cake.”

“Where do I start? Sales boy was obviously inexperienced and lackadaisical. Only when I went over to other side to pick up products did I realise whole bathroom vanity sink unit had been ordered rather than just sink. Lovely girl at other side sorted it out. However on having new sink and tap put in by plumber, did I realise that wrong tap has been given to me and now looks weird. I'm very annoyed. I pointed out tap I wanted in showroom. Sorry,but the salesman was obviously not competent. Raging, shame now sink tap that does not match bath taps. I know its minor annoyance in grand scheme of things but ffs,your showroom salespeople have to get it right. Well p*ssed off. Advice to all,check inside boxes before you leave depot”

“First vanity unit came damaged I would have had to wait for a week for replacement as we had no oth er way to wash I went through to Hillingdon to pick it up myself on unpacking it too was damaged at the back as this was not going to be seen we went ahead and fitted it if I am looking for anything again it won’t be with wholesale domestic”
