“Missing parts that couldn't be collected due to staff shortage at warehouse. Wrong toilet base delivered. When exchanged was given a toilet base that had been opened and was a second that had damage. Items should have been delivered but were mistakenly marked for collection, triton shower that when fitted ( properly ) only produced cold running water. Item not fir for purpose yet no exchange was allowed until triton called to fix shower?????? Second shower!”

“Half of the goods delivered were smashed to bits, really need to look at your courier service contractors. Thankfully Wholesale replaced the damaged goods without charge, although decided to uplift ourselves this time.”

“Over the years I have purchased three baths and 5 showers and sinks/toilets and all the associated hardware. Without exception the service has been excellent and the products equally so. I have introduced many friends to your business and will continue to do so. Every member of staff is exceptionally knowledgeable so you clearly spend time training to the max. I would never shop anywhere else and although it’s a treck from Kinross it’s worth the effort. The range is brilliant and I’ve had to do refurbs in really small and awkward spaces but have always found something to suit. Paul and Casey are names that I’m familiar with but I don’t want to discount any other members of staff in not remembering their names also. Thankyou, Heather”

“staff are great. bought some bathroom materials from them, on my third shower tray, as. The first one had moulding dimples in it which were getting deeper, 2nd tray was delaminated from its base 3rd one was fine so far. but only in a few months, let's see what happens, next item off the same order arm to support the shower head started peeling the finish coat leaving the main copper body showing. had to remove the shower screen now 2 times and replace it, also repair walls and tiles, also repair walls and tiles around shower trays as replaced. these items were purchased around Nov, 2022 all other items replaced around May 2023 second shower tray was replaced around October 2022, again staff great all materials picked up from Hillington, by myself”

“Waiting time at warehouse to pick up goods is too long Not enough staff or they're on the phone Staff dealing with returns or complaints you should have desk / staff to deal with this only I don't want to stand in queue listening to complaints while other staff on phone or eating !!”

“Fabulous service! Friendly and informative sales people, I had to make multiple visits and each time greeted with the same friendly attitude and each helped with what I was looking for.
