“I received my order, having spent over a £1000 on boards to arrive with absolutely no protection on them is outrageous, not wrapped and delivery driver would bring them upstairs to my apartment,”

“Staff were very knowledgable ,polite and professional.it was easy to order and my items arrived in time. 1 bit of lami ate was broken at the corner but we managed to cope with that”

“The products were delivered in 2 separate delivery dates which was not ideal. I was also advised by the salesman that the accessories for my vanity unit and toilet could be changed from chrome to black, this was not the case and after having to go back to the shop twice because the door handle for the the vanity unit was the wrong size, it appears that they do not do that unit in a black handle. At this point it was too late to change/return the goods as they were already fitted into the bathroom.”

“We purchased wet wall and were sold trims which the joiner didnt require some of. We tried to return but were informed we were just over the very short return date. A credit note was offered instead.”

“Pretty poor to be honest. Sold items that didn't fit the rest of the suite, spoke to sales about adding items but connectors missing (even when asked if i needed) i had to go in store to determine that. Shower unit not working. All in all i needed to go back to Wholesale domestic 3 times to fix issues”
