“Very helpful staff and when delivery was due I was kept in touch regularly on the date and time it would be delivered. Great service all round. Also amazing selection of products.”

“Service in showroom was decent enough but noticed the salesperson had missed items from the quotation. Anyway sorted that out quickly and placed an order, never got confirmation details for collection. Fitter collected items after a long delay and noticed almost every item was damaged or flawed in some way. Poor moulding to sinks damaged wet wall panels, furniture was chipped in corners and looked like the unit had been thrown about. This company used to be less expensive but prices have risen and the service and quality most definately have not. Quality control needs improved.”

“Wall panels I ordered arrived damaged but girls in customer service rectified and had replacements sent the next day. I would say it's just the nature of these items as could see then easily damaged when handled or during delivery.”

“Whilst the goods were well packed I would suggest you change your courier as I assume the product is carefully inspected before dispatch! Damage would seem to be caused by product being dropped. Courier does not seem to work over Easter! david”

“Excellent and fast service. Had to call to replace a damaged panel (the other items were delivered OK) and it was dealt with quickly and without fuss. Also called before ordering and both times the question was answered quickly. All at a good price too. I would highly recommend Wholesale Domestic to anyone.”

“Products are generally good and delivery is generally good. Estimating help in the shop in Aberdeen has proven to be poor. There were 4 items on the large order that were under estimated (or missing entirely) and one item that was over estimated by 100%. On delivery, plastic ceiling tiles were damaged, a length of interior aqua panel strip was damaged and a whole sheet of aqua panel was incorrectly manufactured. (still awaiting a replacement for this). On the positive side, service from Glasgow office on replacement items / additional items has been good, with quick response time and delivery.”

“Great price & when ordering we were guaranteed the courier would phone us to arrange delivery, got phone call from day of ordering from WD to say change of plan for delivery, we were happy to pay for guaranteed nominated day, didn’t happen, luckily for us someone was home when we got our delivery as only received text, no phone call, disappointing”

“Absolute cowboys:- Avoid at all costs. Faulty product, took 3 efforts to send a replacement part and even that wasn’t the same as what was originally fitted. Had to fight for compensation constantly calling and was rude to.”
