“I chose Wido as the goods were very competitively priced. Delivery was quicker than expected, The only downside was that heavy items had broken through the end of the packaging in transit and was half hanging out! Must have been poorly treated on its way. Luckily there was little damage.”

“Easy and quick service. Chair is damaged on one side the size of a finger nail but can’t find any where to email... apart from the little bit of damage the whole experience was perfect and the chair is great minus the little bit of damage but I’m hoping someone will see this and contact me please :) Thank you”

“Pleased with radiator cover (small) fab delivery time ordered 8pm received lunchtime next day! Howeve the grid at the front isn't as white as the rest of the unit so I'll need to paint as it does stand out... which is a pity otherwise I'd give 5*”

“Delivery on the promised day, but didn't receive any courier tracking information as advised. Slight defect to the table which I've reported but not yet received a reply. Hopefully this will be resolved without a problem.”

“Good quick service, delivery was quick and on time. I would say very good except that one part of the furniture was very hard to assemble. The rattan on one part of the corner sofa was over all the screw holes so made it very difficult; the other part was fine. All in all a good product at a great price that looks lovely!”

“The actual transaction was simple, quick delivery, and very happy with items. I cannot say the same of the delivery driver, who was surly and unhelpful and bordering on rude. Firstly, he could not find our house, I stood at the top of the drive and he still drove straight past. He then parked on the opposite side of the road , which bearing in mind he was delivering a full set if bedroom furniture was ridiculous, especially as we had a huge empty driveway. He then dumped the 5 boxes at the top of the drive, dropping them all on their corners. He did not wait to find out where we would like them. My partner then went out to him, but he refused to assist, which considering my partner is waiting for a knee replacement, and also has cancer, was extremely stressful as we then had to carry all 5 boxes in ourselves. I asked if he needed a signature. Without a word he shoved his PDA under my nose, I signed and he snatched it back and stomped off. I suggest you either train your delivery drivers in customer service, or change them.”

“Good products and prices. Delivery was advertised as free next day delivery (ordered on Friday) one item arrived on Tuesday and the rest on Wednesday. No tracking info received. Also he furniture arrives in a million pieces which makes assembly very time consuming however the instructions are quite easy to follow.”

“A very good service overall awesome prices. Im surprised I never have see you guys before. My only complaint was the delivery, I was assuming it would be the next day and I would receive an email but I had received it the day after.”

“Item arrived promptly. Like other reviewers have said, it can be tricky putting together, I had particular problems with the table not being straight, resulting in the glass top not fitting properly, one corner of the glass sticking upwards. After a bit of tweaking I managed to get it somewhere near what it should have been. Overall the item looks good, but you need patience to assemble it.”
