“Product was a bit smaller than what I needed, but will suffice. Good service and delivery. Would have been nice to know when it was going to arrive. It was left in our recycling bin with a note about it's location.”

“Received prompt confirmation of order advising I would receive confirmation of despatch which I didn't get. Emailed asking for confirmation of despatch without a reply, then it was delivered next day. Although packaging had come undone, it seems everything was there although won't know until it has been put together so can't comment on quality of product yet. If everything ok would give rating of good. Only marked down due to not being advised when despatched and poor quality of packaging. Value for money seems to be good.”

“Very good product that I like very much . My only comment being that the order was left outside my door because I was not in when the courier comes . Luckily my flat is the end lot and it was quite safe to leave there unattended because no one passes it ? What if my flat is in the middle where people passes through all the time ? The consequences would be dire if the delivery got stolen ? It would be better if a definite arrangemt for the time of delivery be made in advance .”

“Furniture is very good quality and price very reasonable. Delivery was meant to be Monday but arrived on Weds, but delivery was free so you get what you pay for! Overall pretty good”

“Although i had to have 3 attempts at getting an undamaged item, the Customer Service staff were very polite and efficient. Each time I called, they immediately arranged to send out a replacement item - no quibbles at all. This type of service would encourage me to buy from Wido again.”
