“Ordered 5 piece Rattan Garden set. Prompt delivery and item of good quality. One problem though and that was that glass on table was marginally too big for the base and doesn’t fit. Have e mailed customer services but as yet no reply which is disappointing given how quickly they respond to new orders”

“My product was amazing but my problem was... The twat who delivered it decided to leave it in my garden, considering I live in medway I can't even plant a flower without it being taken to be sold off for a puff of a joint! But luckily my parcel was still there for me to enjoy.”

“great website, good coms directly after purchase, goods delivered next day as promised but coms never kept up with order, wido never told us when it was getting delivered and neither did tuffnels the couriers who were meant to give ETA's. Goods bought were very heavy and we are both disabled the courier just dumped the goods at our front door and had to pay others to come and lift sofa up one flight of stairs, there was no mention delivery was to door only, we would have paid more had we known so something to be aware of. Would be buy again, YES but not if its a heavy item or products!”

“Ordering and delivery fantastic, all within 24 hrs. Unfortunately the carrier wasn't careful with the package, it's only because I wanted it for the Bank Holiday that I didn't send it back. Good job I'm able to straighten out 4 bent and damaged panels. Looks great now!”
