“Excellent value - customer contact does need improvement Purchased my Rattan Effect Garden Cube and then I read the reviews on TrustPilot which made me worry - I needn't have. Excellent value for money, arrived after 48 hours (should be next day) but considering the COVID-19 pandemic I can forgive that. I will say the lack of quick customer service is a downfall- I didn't get a tracking number or courier name but I did receive an email back from Ellie who said the item was in transit and would be delivered the next day, in fact it was the day after that. No telephone contact doesn't help either. Well packaged and easy to assemble, thanks Wido you've made our summner!”

“It appears that the website on my tablet quoted 4 to 5 day delivery. However on my phone it was next day delivery. I was impressed that I received my order the following day. The item was as stated and easy to errect. It would also be appreciated to offer an item that is for smaller bins, that is not quite so deep. Overall very pleased with the wheelie bin shed.”

“I bought a wrought iron garden bench online. I had several questions before purchasing so sent an email. 4 or 5 days later I received a reply answering the questions satisfactorily. That night I bought the bench and within 4 days it was delivered. So all round a very good experience. The packaging is a bit battered which doesn’t give me great confidence as to the condition of what’s inside. If there’s a problem I will post another review.”

“The hive came sooner than expected which was a blessing .Roof and floor came already made up making life easier.One down fall,there were no instructions included,I found out later they can be found on line .Other than that ,I am pleased with the product.”
