“We find Wightlink easy to deal with on all fronts. Online booking is simple and quick and immediately confirmed. Altering the booking is also extremely easy. Even in difficult weather conditions, the car ferries keep on going and are generally to time. A very reliable and efficient service.”

Hello, I am sorry this was your experience. Generally we do our best to communicate when there is a problem and have a travel alert system to advise customers of delays by text and email. Sorry if we got it wrong this time.

“As a frequent traveller to the IOW my recent daytrip went smoothly - both outward and return ferry journeys were punctual. I was able to catch an earlier ferry for my outward journey as I arrived ahead of schedule at Lymington which was a bonus. All Wightlink staff that I came into contact with were courteous and helpful. I would just like Wightlink to look at it's fares as the Solent is a very expensive piece of water to cross.”
