“I'd make a mistake with the date of my return journey but only realised when I got to the ferry terminal at Yarmouth. The guy there updated my ticket immediately and I was able to board on the ferry I needed.”

“Great customer service. Boarding was very fast and they let us on an earlier ferry because we arrived too early. One star lost because we were told to park next to a pillar on the ferry and I couldn't get out of the passenger door. Otherwise everything worked well and the passenger lounges were clean and had plenty of seats.”

“the staff and the service are all good. One of the ships in particular is very tatty with little facilities on board. However the main issue I have as a regular traveller is the extortionate cost, even off peak, for a day return. Often £60 plus which is totally unreasonable”
