“The only thing that was very poor was the service at the cafe outlets it wasn't the staffs fault but the lack of them there was a long queue that built up which only came to an end as we approached the journey end we walked away with out buying anything along with others and as we had a long journey ahead it meant stopping again which hadn't planned to do. As this happened both ways it is time for you to sort this out.”

“I have always enjoyed, and been pleased with Wightlink Ferries. Nothing to be negative about except the price of the crossings. I would visit so many more times if there were a relatives concession price. Your Ferry side crew and your on board staff do an excellent job,Well done Wightlink.”
