“I come to the Isle of Wight every 2 to 3 months and always use Wightlink. I think they are a great Ferry Company, always well organised, very clean and friendly too. It is sometimes a bit expensive but as some of my family live on the Island I need to come.”

“I travelled on Wednesday 10th July from Portsmouth to Fishborne and return. Service ran smoothly and to time. All staff were friendly and helpful. It is over a year since I made a previous journey and the level of service and the professionalism of the staff has improved in that time.”

“We were booked on the 8.40am ferry from Lymington to Yarmouth which was late arriving and did not sail until 0900 hrs. No explanation or apologies were given. Also, people that were booked on the 1000am crossing were in front of us in the queue and boarded the ferry before ourselves. Totally disorganised, our worst crossing ever! Plus tannoy messages are very quiet.”

“My ferry was delayed by over an hour. I understand these things happen but the knock on effect on peoples plans is unacceptable, particularly when the cost of the crossing is so expensive. A compensation structure should be in place.”
