“Great service on the ferry going out, I think it was a newer ferry, lovely and clean. The ferry coming back was not so good, a little dated. Overall we enjoyed our trip even though the crossing was a bit choppy!”

“Reliable, clean, friendly service. I love the new ferries too & the option to sit outside in the sea air as you make your crossing with a Costa in your hand. Always a pleasure to travel even if it is expensive.”

“Very helpful staff, loads of space on vessels and at Portsmouth Terminal. A lot of infrastructure investment recently, but that has meant the loss of Greggs and Costa in favour of they’re own brand which in my opinion is inferior.”

“Excellent service from signing in to boarding and and getting off, Marshalling first class. Another very good thing was the fact that we arrived early allowing for traffic from home, And when we did so, we were asked if we would like to go on the ship just boarding as they had a space so on we went which was better than waiting for another hour, this occured on the return Sailing, not that it would have been a problem as there was plenty of seating and a well stocked Cafe, All in All Contributed t a very pleasant short break, Thank you Brian&Julie F,”
