“Had to travel on the car deck because I am disabled and had to spend entire journey in my car surrounded by every other cars alarm going off, after complaining I got a refund but was still a miserable experience and the journey back wasn't much better. They need to take a good look at their disabled practice. If they had a no-star option that's what they would have got”
