“Having arrived at the terminal at 1.30pm for the 3.00pm ferry we were told "too early " come back at 2.05. This we did only to find that we were now at the rear of the queue and one of the last on board. Obviously inconsistent advice being given out. We had intended to have lunch before boarding but decided against in view of the bad advice given.”

“Had a pleasant trip recently, staff was visible and polite, ferry’s was on time and clean and was kept well informed whilst on board by the captains p.a’s . Also the kids loved the play area and movie room on the Victoria of Wight ferry. Would recommend. Effortless travel to the Isle of Wight”
