“Very quick and easy to use service, I had accedentaly booked on the car ferry by fishbourne but on foot! Your staff were extremely helpful and sorted it out and got us on the foot ferry from Portsmouth to Ryde. Journey back was made fun by the bloke sailing the 11:30am Ryde to Portsmouth and giving us a full history tour/lesson on the crossing”

Hi Martin I'm sorry you found your fare to be on the high side. There are a number of ways to save. Generally speaking, the earlier customers book with us the more likely they are to pay a lower fare. This enables us to offer lower fares for those sailings that fewer customers have reserved, which means lower fares may be found by being more flexible with dates, routes or times of sailing. It could be worth checking our Discounts and Offers webpage to see if there are any deals you can take advantage of (one of the most popular offers currently is to Boost the value of Tesco Clubcard vouchers by x 3 their value to use with us). Simply hover over the ‘Go’ menu on the top of our homepage. If you’re staying overnight on the Isle of Wight, it could also be worth checking with your hotel or accommodation provider to see if they offer reduced ferry deals – some may even include ferry travel as part of their packages. Hello Jemma Thank you for your review. I'm sorry your outgoing ferry was delayed. I'm a little confused, we've not diverted any of our ferries since last year. Did you book through a third-party or agent that gave you the wrong details on your ticket?
