“From the initial booking everything was easy to do Nd understand. Everything was signposted and booked in on arrival, we was early but they let us travel on the earlier boat as still had space available which was great for us. All well signposted where to go. “Not too far to go, reasonably comfortable seats, views are amazing and it only takes 20 minutes to cross for a foot passenger. Prices could be a bit cheaper though, seeing as Wightlink have a 'captive audience'.”

Our punctuality has improved significantly since our new port facilities have been installed, though I realise this will come as little consolation to you as you were affected.
