“We missed our Ferry time 12.00 due to an hour long stationary wait on the M 3. The staff were very understanding and managed to squeeze us on the 1.00 Ferry”

“The booking and boarding were very easy and efficient. All the staff were friendly and helpful when we arrived early. The boat was clean with lots of sitting areas and facilities. Very impressive.”

“Fantastic service and the loading staff especially deserve our thanks. Having mobility problems was not an issue at all, they loaded us near a lift with ample room to get out of the car.”

“Clean and tidy Ferry terminal at Portsmouth Harbour. Good access from the Train Station and fast service to Ryde Pier. Announcements were clear on board, including the safety video and our time of arrival.”
