“Easy to use, friendly website; lots of sailings available, kept updated beforehand and reminders sent. On the day we came a bit early and were lucky enough to catch an earlier sailing which was good as it's not easy to predict the traffic to the port on the day. Although all the sailing documents were available it was a breeze to go through as it was all automated and yet very people orientated which was good to know. Just so simple!”

“We have now been travelling on Wightlink for several years and have never encountered any real problems. Once we were delayed for a short spell with a mechanical breakdown, the staff were very friendly offering us drinks with a discount on the next crossing. The grandchildren get excited when travelling on the ferry enjoying the view and exploring the ship.Staff have always been polite and attentive.”
