“After a few of my purchases ran on the smaller side I opted for size 18-24 and size 2 for my big one year old. The size 18-24 pants are bigger than the size 2 pants and both are SO big. Am really disappointed as they are beautiful pieces”

“I love everything I buy from Wilson and Frenchy! Service is so quick, the garnets are always packaged up so beautifully in cute little bags and the quality of the organic cotton is soft and perfect. Cute designs too. My boy is 5 now so I wish you made pjs in size 6 or more. Highly recommend!”

“I believe the clothes were great. However, I clicked that I wanted this to be sent as a gift and wrote a message to my friend that I was sending it to. However, it was not packaged up as a gift - she did not see it was from me and I believe the price tag was still on. I would highly recommend this aspect is improved.”

Hi Astrid, I am sorry that you had this experience, we do not take off our tags for gifts as our tags do not have prices on them, we would have also sent a gift receipt along with your order and would have placed it in one of our gold foil bags. “In my original order I was sent 5 wrong items. When it was raised I was asked to return those items but told my items I had purchased had since sold out. Then I recently entered a $20 voucher in to the system to use but at checkout it didn't register and I was charged the full amount. I immediately contacted customer service and was offered to cancel my order so I could reorder and apply the voucher- to which I said yes to but the order was sent and I was charged the full amount - no cancellation. I have followed up 3 times since with no email response. Pretty disappointing service especially when the clothes are so cute!”
