Thanks Joanne for the feedback, unfortunately we have no control over Australia Post and any delays during shipment, Australia Post allows up to 10 business days with regular post (between Melbourne and Darwin). Your order was dispatched the following business day. I just had a quick look at the tracking and it arrived in Darwin on Monday (8th of Jan) - so you should have it real soon! W+F
