“The items that turned up are amazing and fantastic quality, however I was not notified one item was unavailable until the delivery arrived. Luckily I wasn't hanging out for it was it took quite sometimes sometimes deliver (not necessarily Wilson and French's fault) but would have been nice to have been notified of the out of stock item before they shipped it as I would have added something else to the order.”

“While I love the layout of the site and the colours etc., it would be great if there was an option to browse the ‘toddler’ section by size. Makes mum-life a whole lot easier if we can filter out the items not available in our child’s size”

“Good quality and cute products. Only one thing, New Born size is quite big. Is not a big problem, babies grow, but size guide is confusing. Not sure if I will order again, because I'm unsure of size table.”

“Their knitted clothes are stunning, there is no doubt about that!! The only downfall I had while ordering was I was able to purchase an item (as a set, matching beanie and shorts) that I then found out later was actually out of stock. It was for a friend and I didn’t want one without the other. So I ordered a different item and paid express and will be returning the original pieces. I would buy from your store again though, but having the website up to date of stock is important. Thanks :)”

“I was delighted to receive my order this week, however I was dismayed that the thin outer package was open and the parcel had been stuffed into my letter box- which damaged the packaging of the swaddle (which was intended as a gift for a friend), and let the damp weather into the parcel. I did expect better protective packaging for such beautiful items.”
