“I believe the clothes were great. However, I clicked that I wanted this to be sent as a gift and wrote a message to my friend that I was sending it to. However, it was not packaged up as a gift - she did not see it was from me and I believe the price tag was still on. I would highly recommend this aspect is improved.”

Hi Astrid, I am sorry that you had this experience, we do not take off our tags for gifts as our tags do not have prices on them, we would have also sent a gift receipt along with your order and would have placed it in one of our gold foil bags. “Order shipped and arrived quickly. Items were great quality. Only negative was that they did not include my gift message. Should have option for gift wrap and need to make sure messages are included.”

“I love the item I received, but I had originally ordered two suits and one got cancelled and refunded without giving me the option to change the order to something else if I wanted. I probably wouldn't have paid $10 postage just for one item as my daughter needed two summer pieces which now I'll have to get something else and also pay for postage”

“good service and good clothing, the jumpers and sweaters come up small for the size and age group which l am not too happy about, my son 10 and half months already fits the 12 to 18 month jumpers and sweaters, but in other brands, they are ok with room to grow. so a little money wasted for those items, and not the best time for money wasting. upsize for sure. don't think l would by there sweaters and jumpers again.”

Thank you for the feedback regarding sizing, we do follow the Australian sizing standards for babywear. “I love the quality of your products, but was disappointed when I contacted the sales team directly after my purchase to add an item that I had forgot to include. The item was only 17$, so I wanted to avoid paying double freight for this. I had to send 3 reminders before I got an answer and after 2 weeks I got a reply that my request was rejected. In addition to this, I suddenly got a refund notice for an item just a day before the shipment was delivered, without any explanation or apology that you couldn’t deliver as per my purchase order.”

“The prints are all cute but for the price you pay per item, the quality isn’t there. I was gifted 5 items (3 onesies and 2 T-shirt’s), gone to wash them before bub wears them and all of the tags have frayed and the 2 shirts have already been sized distorted (stretched) and bub hasn’t even worn them yet. Followed the wash instructions also. They’ve ended up looking like a $5 shirt from Kmart. Buttons on the onesies are also a pain and not practical for little ones.”

“I love the designs and fabric of Wilson and Frenchy. My only criticism is that the sizing is so much larger than other brands, so the clothes I ordered for the coming summer season are too large.”
