I still have not received delivery and DHL have sent me a spam sms to pay for international cost. I’d like clothes delivered by Friday

Useless. Ordered 3 items, only 2 arrived, and recieved a note saying i would be credited for the item that didnt arrive. Never received a credit, and would not have placed the order if I knew the item would be out of stock. Waste of time, do not order from W+F!

Three days after I placed my order, I found on another website that all these styles were 30% off, while there was no discount on the website

In my original order I was sent 5 wrong items. When it was raised I was asked to return those items but told my items I had purchased had since sold out. Then I recently entered a $20 voucher in to the system to use but at checkout it didn't register and I was charged the full amount. I immediately contacted customer service and was offered to cancel my order so I could reorder and apply the voucher- to which I said yes to but the order was sent and I was charged the full amount - no cancellation. I have followed up 3 times since with no email response. Pretty disappointing service especially when the clothes are so cute!

The two jumpsuits I ordered did not arrive I received a note saying that you were out of stock and that the money would be refunded. The refund has still not come through

I was sad that when I tried to purchase a gift voucher to send my friend for her babies birthday I was not able to receive the voucher and when I emailed to ask for help I got no response. :-(

Hi I’ve ordered these baby suits as gifts, but I’ve had 4 pairs of Pjs in recent years and all of the pants have just fallen apart in terms of huge holes in the knees that turn into gaping holes, then we need to throw them out. I have 3 girls so they are not wearing them out and it’s happened to different kids in the family not just one child. I also have other PJ brands they alternate with, so it’s not even over use. Just bad quality I guess or too thin, I have no idea. The prints are gorgeous and the fabric lovely but I can’t buy the brand again for my kids for this reason! I bought the baby suits as babies don’t move and they are a different type of cotton.

I made an order on 11/06. Few days after, I received a message that part of the amount was refunded since, despite the product being shown as available, it was not. Furthermore, on 19/07 I received a message from Auspost that the item was delivered, but I have never received it. Auspost showed me the picture made by the driver to proof the delivery, but it was definitely not my building. On 23/06 I contacted Wilson and Frenchy to understand what happened and to which address they sent the parcel. No answer. On 24/06 I asked again for a feedback. They told me a ticket was open with auspost, but still no reply to which address they sent the parcel. It is 29/06 and I have no further update. Awful service. It's a shame, because products are really good.

I ordered a bodysuit and beanie as a gift, the bodysuit was out of stock and I was not advised until the order had been sent. The recipient received a beanie only- not impressed.

Did not gift wrap, include a gift receipt or the personal message I wrote to be sent with my order. Disappointed, as I had reached out to ensure they received the 'gift memo', which they assured me it was taken care of.

Ordered online 1.5 weeks ago & yet to receive. Easter has been in the middle as has Covid. I’ve emailed the team & waiting to hear on an ETA as haven’t got an order confirmation either, although the transaction has gone against my credit card. Look forward to hearing from the team & receiving the delicious little treats for my boy. Xx

I love this brand - I think they have gorgeous things for babies and was so excited to order some things once my baby had been born. I placed my order and a couple of weeks later received an email to say one item would not be coming as it had sold out, so I could have a refund - which was fine. Then one item arrived - missing three other items. I had to follow up with them to see where the items were and apparently they had sold out too. I am not sure I’ll bother ordering from this brand again.

2.5 weeks since I ordered and the items still haven’t arrived. Thought I’d left plenty of time for Christmas... I’ve had things arrive from Australia the next day :-( And no response to my requests for an update or any info on where the parcel might be at. I’ve supported W&F since the start and purchased so many of your lovely items for my own children and others. Super disappointed.

My order hasn’t arrived and it seems unlikely it will get here this afternoon in time for Xmas or in time for the holiday I needed it for. Given I ordered this on the 8th of December; it’s pretty disappointing.
