“wrong size was shipped which made it more difficult to apply to window”

“Product took a long time to be delivered. Called with no response at all. Finally got an email after the 2nd call. Ordered from then because I have an especially wide window. I like the window film I’ve gotten from Artscape better, heavier and more realistic. This window film was quite expensive for the lack of quality.”

“I am happy with the quality of the product. I give the product 5 stars. Due to the unknown shrinkage variable I give it 3 stars. I am unhappy because I ordered a 78” long cling knowing that I’d be 1” short with my 79” sidelight window. I’d simply be 1/2” short on the top and bottom. However, hidden in the installation guidelines is information I wish I had known before I ordered: “When measuring windows or doors, especially long ones, add 1" to your measurements of length to allow for up to 1% shrinkage of film when it is removed from backing.” If I had known this prior to ordering I would have ordered a custom order. I am 2” short at the top of my window. The design is beautiful and it gives our door the look of the tropics but the blank space at the top cheapens the look.”

“The film is lovely, but this has not been a good experience. I cannot find in the description that each sheet is printed to scale, which means if you have 2 windows each 24x 36, and they don’t sell 24x36, you can’t simply buy 1 sheet of 24x72 because it’s scaled differently. Every sheet no matter what size has only one of the big diamonds in the middle, so you can’t cut one sheet for two windows if you want the windows to look the same. This has really screwed up this project for me and I am trying a third order to get this right. I have now spent hundreds on this project because of this omitted detail. Very frustrating.”

“I got the static cling window film and it applied very easily but I hated the design on the glass. Tried to return the unused roll but return shipping was 30 dollars which was more then the roll cost. Wished I would have ordered on Amazon for free return! Lesson learned”

“The product itself is great. I don't appreciate that they offer useless codes (25% off *after* placing an order, emails that say "limited time offer" without any indication of expiration date) or the extra $ tracked on for tracking.”

“I guess I was expecting a much larger decal. The samples looked like it covered entire window inset on the door. So you can imagine my surprise on seeing it a few inches tall.”

“I can't really write a review. I received late in the evening and my mail person left them in the rain so they got wet and they are ruined. Call and waiting for a return call now”
