“The product is okay. I ordered two sheets of the same thing and had to return them because they did not work for what I need. One of them was not even removed from the packaging. Not only did I need to pay the postage to return them. I then needed to pay a 25% restocking fee. This is outrageous. It should be a flat rate. So, the more business you give them, the more they will take advantage of you if you need to return something. I will never do business with them again.”

“Was sent the wrong item, and charged a second time for shipping. My total return was about half my original order. Very unhappy.. Unable to submit with Zero Stars being it should the true rating for this purchase.”

“The film did not work for me...I attempted to return it only to have it returned to me. I called customer service, never got an answer or a returned phone call. The cost to return the item and the restock fee made it not worth a second attempt.”

“I never received the film, so I don't really know what it is like. Do not order if you are outside of the US. The cost of the film I was trying to order was already a bit on the high side, but I was hoping to get what I paid for. Apparently Window Film World hasn't figured out a reasonable system for international distribution, however. After exorbitant import fees and taxes, I could have had a professional installation for almost the same cost. I ended up rejecting the delivery and am still expected to pay shipping costs, if not more. I finally found something comparable on Amazon.ca for a fraction of the overall cost, and received it without any additional fees.”

“This is a customer service rating. It took almost 2 weeks to get my items. I emailed x3 and called x2 left messages and NO ONE BOTHERED TO RESPOND. BUT, you can now email me and request a review of your company. Little to say I will NOT recommend your company to anyone nor will I order again.”

“I placed an order over 2 weeks ago. I tried to call for an update on the order, and the phone only goes to voicemail. I received an email response stating that they were going through "staffing changes". Multiple calls and emails and no resolution. They will take your money and run. DO NOT TRUST”

“I ordered window film March 7. Its now March 22nd and I never got a notice it was shipped. There is NO customer service. Calls during business hours don't get returned. An email the 24th did get a reply that they have staff issues and someone would get back to me very soon. More calls, more emails for status/refund all go unanswered. Ignore the online number its not live and NO CALL BACK EVER ! I have requested a refund via PayPal. Good Luck to anyone trying to buy something from this web site. I went to Amazon.”

“You advertise that when people look in, they see a mirror image of the front yard (front door). Not true! When looking in from the outside you can see in my whole living room! Waste of money for me😐”

“The first product I order was amazing, easy to apply and looks great. the second was terrible! I was not able to apply it and had to throw it away, waste of $60! The site itself is good but I wish it had a better description of products as I thought I had ordered the same thing as before but I did not. I still am unsure of what the difference in the description is but the last product I ordered was like a giant sticker, horrible!”
