“Loved your products to the Moon and back ; However , Your shipping charges gave me indigestion . I couldn't reorder because shipping almost equalled the cost of the product . I'm sure ther is some way you can address this issue ?”

“We ordered a small window cling. We loved the design of a group of palm trees on an oval backing. After a week of no information on its shipping status, we sent an email to Window Film World. We received a reply that day, stating that there were personnel changes, and they would soon let us know the status of our order. We did not hear anything further, but received the decal about 5 days later. We are very pleased with the decal, it is just right for our window!”

“Only experienced one issue, could not clearly determine if the ad was for a single piece or for two pieces completing a sliding glass door. It would require ordering 2 pieces. This was not an issue for our application as I was only doing on large glass door, however it did make me question the price. The quality of the product is a definite 5 stars. Easy installation and quality of the product made installation a breeze.”

“I love all the screen door magnets and their designs. I wish they would not fade in the sun as some of mine are doing after one year. Also, I wish they would stick together a little tighter because the ones on the sliding door keep falling off.”

“I love the product. The static cling adheres better if you use soapy water. Spray it on the window and the film. I didn’t use soapy water the first time and the next morning it was on the floor. Other than that it is a great product.”

“The product is well made and superior to anything else I have tried. It is reasonably easy to install and looks very professional. Pricing is fair and good value. Only reason for the 4 instead of a 5 is the shipping method options. Product is shipped my USPS. Many decals are too large for the mailbox and USPS seems to have trouble with larger envelopes. One of my shipments got lost in the mail and when it did arrive it was pretty beat up. Luckily the decals were crumpled but still usable. I would prefer to be able to chose (and pay for) other shipping options.”
