“As usual, Lachlan was extremely helpful. However, nine days after placing the order I am still awaiting delivery. Lachlan has followed up with the courier company which is experiencing staff shortages in Dunedin. This may need monitoring in the future, especially for those who anticipate a prompt delivery, which fortunately I don't need.”

“Easy ordering process and wine was packaged and sent the next day. Delivery was pretty quick. Pity the box was placed in front of the screen door meaning I had to go out the garage to get it.”

“Great service from Lauchlan, very fast with the options for selection and processing the order. Delivery was a little longer than usual this time and the boxes were left in the middle of our deck rather than by the door where they are usually left as it is more secure”

“Find site a bit difficult at times, almost too much to choose from. Don't find recommendations from other buyers useful, like the expert opinions have learnt over the years which ones match my taste. The one to one catch up service seems to have fallen off lately, of no use sending an email to say Winesale hasn't heard from me lately then not replying to queries. In the past I would get a phone call or email when something I frequently ordered was available or going on special this seems to have stopped. Overall a good selection and timely delivery.”
