“Made an online order, but when checking out, the site would not accept / recognise the gift code I'd entered. I rang the customer service line and the problem was dealt with quickly, efficiently, and professionally by Winesale's representative. Follow up service was also good. I received the delivery two days later! Can't fault these guys: great work!”

“As usual, Lachlan was extremely helpful. However, nine days after placing the order I am still awaiting delivery. Lachlan has followed up with the courier company which is experiencing staff shortages in Dunedin. This may need monitoring in the future, especially for those who anticipate a prompt delivery, which fortunately I don't need.”

“Easy ordering process and wine was packaged and sent the next day. Delivery was pretty quick. Pity the box was placed in front of the screen door meaning I had to go out the garage to get it.”
