“Easy ordering process and wine was packaged and sent the next day. Delivery was pretty quick. Pity the box was placed in front of the screen door meaning I had to go out the garage to get it.”

“Great service from Lauchlan, very fast with the options for selection and processing the order. Delivery was a little longer than usual this time and the boxes were left in the middle of our deck rather than by the door where they are usually left as it is more secure”

“Find site a bit difficult at times, almost too much to choose from. Don't find recommendations from other buyers useful, like the expert opinions have learnt over the years which ones match my taste. The one to one catch up service seems to have fallen off lately, of no use sending an email to say Winesale hasn't heard from me lately then not replying to queries. In the past I would get a phone call or email when something I frequently ordered was available or going on special this seems to have stopped. Overall a good selection and timely delivery.”

“I'm not a fan of online ordering, but the phone lines were not open, at the time. It took me a fair while to complete my order, since I'm not very computer savvy.However, the delivery was super quick, so top marks for that.”

“a couple of minor complaints 1. I hate the pop ups on your website which tell some haas mde a purchase somewhere else in nz, i don't care, it does not influence me and I find it an annoying distraction 2. When you deliver, you have a practice of taping together two boxes, which increases the weight for me to handle and that also means that I have to go to the trouble of untaping them!”

“Order arrived promptly. Quality usually around expectation or above. It would be great if customers could simply make up a case of what they want and still receive the "special's price". I'm unlikely to purchase a case of a wine I have not tasted. Vine Online doesn't do this hence they do get more business from me.”
