“The courier let the standard of servie down. Took quite a long time to arrive against other goods I get delivered. Courier had the chance to put it under cover at the front door, but no, left it on the top step but not under cover enough for the carton to get wet and made it hard to handle. Wine all safe I'm pleased to report.”
