“I am a relatively new customer of Winesale.co.nz and my interaction has mostly been on line or by phone. The women I have dealt with have been friendly, welcoming and excellent listeners. Their knowledge of Winesale's extensive collection is impressive and I am particularly delighted with the range of usually hard to find and delicious Argentine wines. The prices are competitive, the on-line marketing is not at all pushy and informative and deliveries have been very prompt. I am a fan !”

“I needed some help to get through to finalise my order & the staff member I dealt with was just so helpful, didn’t make me feel like I was stupid not being able to finish my order process & made sure that I had everything ordered on my bucket list. We laughed & got through this together. Thank goodness I had such a wonderful person to deal with & could sort me out. I am soooo enjoying my taste tingling wine experiences”
