Hi Cindy Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you had a bad experience with us. As per my email sent to you on the 21st of April I acknowledged we did make an error on this occasion and that we would take all the wine you purchased back for a full refund if you no longer wanted it. “Our household is a bit split. We do agree that service has been great, ordering has been easy and delivery prompt 😀 The split is over the (subjective) overall quality of the wine, which could be a 4 or 5. So great job, thanks very much.”
