“Outstanding customer service! I rang and spoke with Lachlan as I wanted to customise a giftbox. No trouble at all for them, and my giftbox was sent the following day. Unfortunately, the parcel was damaged by the courier. Rang winesale and advised them. Joanna sorted another box to be sent out straight away! Thanks guys! Appreciate your prompt action! - Teresa”

“Good on-line experience. Gin supplies running out in Auckland's Level 3 Step 1 lockdowm. Winesales' price was very good, and free delivery for 1/2 dozen bottles was a bonus. I was surprised - but probably shouldn't have been in this brave new world - that despatch was from Petone”
