Winner’s health and safety dept. should ensure that the shopping trolley are kept clean at least daily. That’s the least we can expect from winners.

Would have given a 5 star except for the price stickers are getting very hard and annoying to remove . Trying to give presents and it takes so long to get rid of those sticky tags. Please, please change them.

I really like Winners, I always find good clothing etc. But I have noticed that the girls section is very stereotypical. I think girls should not have to wear that because they feel like they should. I get if you’re into that kind of thing and that’s perfectly fine. I also get if your not into it and your only option is that at winners.

Hello, As Winners stores are the only stores where we could find clothes, accessories, other things we need (not at the first try, but it is a greater probability than in other stores), we are happy with their return policy, there is a concern from our side. We think that some people take this advantage too far, they return clothes that were worn, coffee spotted, alterations applied. There are few ways to keep this policy going, educating the customers, train your team to be more careful, a separate customer service for returns. For me, it is a great way of shopping and having the possibility to try them home, to return in case that it is not a good match, so we have to find a way to keep this going for the benefit of us- the customers, and your business!!

It's time for Winners to implement a store policy regarding kids being let to run wild inside their stores. There's going to be an accident with the unsupervised kids running and screaming. It's YOUR RESPONSIBLITY to keep your kids with you and not let them act like they're in a park in public places. It's only responsible to watch your children and not put them and others at danger. I would feel sick if my cart accidentally collides with a running child. Just cause they are in the store doesn't mean they aren't your responsiblity. I've mentioned this to several managers at different Winners whom all said for me to please make a complaint to your head office and hopefully get them some help with controlling the problem. A written notice and over the loudspeaker for people to keep their kids with them and quiet supervised or leave them at home. This is serious.
