“My order came 1 month late instead of the promised 3-7 days delivery service! I called multiple times to check how the order was going but after the first call, they only responded to me by email giving me false dates. After 2 weeks late I told them I couldn't rely on their service and I wanted to cancel the order and they ignored me completely.
The order arrived finally after a month and props where baldy cut and some even broken. Asked for a refund and they ignored me again. Don't trust these thieves I suggest you check other similar reviews on TrustPilot or similar as this company is even not delivering and taking others money.”

Placed an order 15 days ago for a few simple sheets of wood.
They were quick to take my money, but never got round to sending me the wood.
NEVER answer the phone
NEVER reply to emails
SEND FALSE tracking info claiming they have despatched the wood, but the courier said when I phoned they hadn't received the consignment.

I ordered some simple MDF pieces in mid November 2019.
I write this review on 28 January 2020.
The order has still not arrived.
I have sent countless emails and made dozens of phone calls but I cannot seem to get any reaction from these people
I don't know what's going on at the company - I can only assume it is on it's last legs and is about to fold.
I no longer have any hope of ever receiving my order - which was about £60 worth of MDF.
I may take this to the small claims court or trading standards in the near future.
Writing this review is my last resort - I have been as patient as it is possible to be.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

“No order recieved 7 days after estimated arrival date. Asked for refund on shipping costs - no response after 4 days. Asked for refund on whole order - no response. Thank God I used PayPal - claiming back my money through them but please do not use this company! Not to be trusted at all.”
“Avoid this company. I do not normally write reviews, but have been forced to by a lack of care and communication by this company.
I ordered a piece of wood, using the image on the website as a guide, the delivered item is very different in colour and it took ages and chasing to get it. I have been advised that it is a different type of wood to that on my order. Woodsheets have simply said that i am wrong, i now have an item that is no good to me.
A call back was promised, nothing happened and now no one reply's to my messages. I would like a refund and the item collected.
Bad customer service. Product not as expected. I would not recommend this company and they now have my money.”

“In reality, minus 5 stars. Nothing good to say about this company or their products. There's not enough room here to describe the whole, dreadful experience, so to sum up:
Serious delay in dispatch (not to do with delivery, but because product went out of stock AFTER order placed - no notification), but they would not allow us to cancel as they claim product is "bespoke" within terms of Consumer Rights Act. THIS IS NOT THE CASE, the law is pretty clear that just because an item is cut to size, it is not bespoke and therefore not exempt from cancellation. However, no matter what you do or say, they will send the order out anyway (in their own time), so you have to find a way to return it to get your money back. Shelves are unfinished on all edges (yes, including front and back), more expensive than the same (better) product at Wickes, with rip-off delivery charges. Ours were also chipped - maybe that's what makes them bespoke?! Could we be bothered to do anything about it? What do you think?!
Customer service is not a term in Wood Sheets vocabulary, their only interest is in conning money out of customers for sub-standard products. Best to take anything you read or hear from them with a ton of salt - if you can ever contact them, that is. Scam and scum.”

Back with updates which they said they would, they never did!! So unprofessional. In they end i missed the event i needed the wood for. They said they'd give me a full refund, they never did plus as soon as i started a PayPal dispute they then decided to send them remainder of the order... we're talking 6 weeks from when i originally placed the order and passed the time i actually needed the wood for. AVOID!!!”

called their number spoke to a lady (not the brightest bulb in the box) whom put me through to a number nobody answers, so re-dialled but cut off after 2 rings, tried 3 times same outcome, so called again but hiding my caller ID, got through to same lady, to cancel order, whether she understood i don't know, put the order in dispute with Paypal”
