“Had what I needed. Online ordering was easy. Exactly the right dimensions I ordered. Shipped the same day. Arrived packed very well. Only negative is the cost of the item, which isn't Woodstove Fire Place Glass' fault. Ceramic glass is expensive. It would have been nice for them to throw in expedited shipping on a $500 order that I needed faster than the week it would have taken for standard shipping. But I get it.”

“Purchased replacement ceramic glass and gaskets for an Avalon Ranier wood stove. Everything arrived in good shape in Maine in three days. Glass fit perfectly and stove performance is much improved with the new gaskets. The stove is holding a fire longer and glass is staying clean. I had minor issues with the online purchase process, most likely caused by me. I received a call in an hour or so. The person who spoke with me was helpful and friendly. I hope I don’t break my stove’s glass again, but if I do I will be back! Thank you.”
