“I was pleased with the products, but the package took almost 3 weeks to arrive, when the confirmation mail said it would take 3 to 6 days. It wasn't a problem because I didn't need the books immediately, but I started worrying and wondering if they were lost.”

“Good service. Slower than usual as the books were going to N Ireland. Books are usually cheaper with Wordery but this time same as Waterstones”

“Easy to order ,& excellent delivery and a fair price compared to other suppliers . However , slightly disappointed with the presentation box . I mistakenly expected it to be a wooden box , not cardboard and properly lockable .”

“Would have been 5 stars however my order was late and I had to contact Wordery customer support, they advised that they had been let down by a supplier and would resource form another supplier and that I should receive my order in the next 8 to 10 days. Order duly arrived but why weren’t they more proactive and tell customers of the delay instead of waiting til unhappy customers contact them.”

“I don't understand why a question about Wordery morphs into a question about Blackwells. The present transaction with Wolrdery was fine, except that I do wish you'd use Royal Mail for deliveries--much better service if the customer isn't in. PS re the questions below: "Within 5 days" and "Over 7 days" leaves a gap. Do bear in mind that words mean what they mean.”

“Quick prompt delivery. For maps it is not always obvious when the map is printed on to plastic then folded, or printed on paper then laminated & folded, or just printed on paper & folded with no protection. Does Wordery sell any maps which are printed on paper then adhered to a linen backing? Not always easy to get back onto the applicable webpage when trying to select the most appropriate map, then leaving the website & coming back to it at a later time. jb”
