“I'd no idea Wordery belonged to Blackwells. I used to try to order music from their website, and had to give up as it didn't work. This was a long time ago. Wordery seems to work satisfactorily.”

“Great prices and free delivery, however some books arrived with slight creases and I dislike multiple packages for environmental sake, I'd rather wait and they all arrive in one order. I'll say the item was damaged, but it was only slight, just not something I really want when buying something 'new'.”

“Love that you are an alternative to Amazon and have everything I've wanted to order. The only issue I have is that we made two orders of 6 and then 3 the next day but they came in 8 separate deliveries on different days - surely not cost effective or environmentally friendly? You can try too hard to be like Amazon when it isn't necessary”

“Very good and reliable service in general, but there is an increasing tendency to allow books to becom slightly damaged as they leave the warehousing. I take it the process for collecting from the shelf is mechanical. If so, you need to watch that the dustjackets and bindings of your books do not suffer. They can also become damaged in the packaging process. It's happening more often than it used to - a sign of the times, unfortunately, but Wordery was always so good at sending top-quality books through the post. Try and investigate the technical process a bit, and modify it where necessary. Thanks!”

“No problem with Wordery. Only thing is that we buy most of our reading on Kindle. Proper books we buy are usually non-fiction as they don't work on Kindle. Suggestion work hard on your non-fiction offering.”
