“Excellent product at a competitive price. But the positives were dimmed somewhat by the delivery being carried out by the woeful Evri. The parcel was left at my front door on a wet day, not in the designated safe place, and on the day after I had waited in during the delivery slot I'd been given.”

“I've used Wordery several times and, until recently was very happy with their service. However, I ordered three books at the end of November. A month later I had only had two (delivered after 3 weeks). The final book arrived today - January 11th. My low rating is not the delay...postal strikes clearly didn't help with this - but their offhand response to my email asking where my book was. Basically, I was told I'd get it eventually and to keep checking. They apologised for the delay but no offer to send another copy or a refund.”
