Delivery would have been good too, had it not been for the postal strikes. “The delivery service is poor - it took several days from the receipt of the order to start processing it and then a further 'up to' 4 working days to get it delivered. Without the delay in processing it would be fine even the 4 days to deliver is OK - though your couriers not providing tracking does not help -”
