“I ordered 4 books on the 2nd December to be delivered as Christmas presents. It is now the 7th Jan and they have not been delivered. Postal strikes notwithstanding this is poor service.”

“The book was a bit disappointing when it arrived, but I realise that was not your fault. It also took nearly a month to arrive - I know we have had postal strikes but even so that seems excessive.”

“Ordered a gift on the 8th December hoping that would allow plenty of time for delivery before Christmas. Sadly I wasn't emailed until the 23rd December to say my order had been delayed for unforeseen reasons. The communication was not good enough, I didn't have time to make alternative arrangements and my friend went without a gift until the 30th of December 3 whole weeks from initially ordering. I will accept that demand for service goes up at Christmas, however, this is no excuse for not knowing the status of my order or that it would be late.”

“Took almost 2 weeks just to dispatch my order. If the item isn't in stock you should say so on your website - if it is in stock it shouldn't take that long to find it and post it. As it turned out a Christmas present which I ordered on 10 December didn't arrive until after Christmas.”

“No complaints about Wordery (first class). I received order confirmation on 15-12-22 I then receive email fromEvri on 30-12-22 to say they have my parcel and when it's out for delivery they'll let me know. As of yet I've received no further communication from them and I'm still waiting?”
