“No problem with ordering & communications from you. As always online ordering works well. The problem is after you have passed delivery over to Evri.....they don't deliver as advised, they ignore specific instructions to leave in my "safe place" and they are virtually impossible to contact...all you get is a lousy/useless chatbot. Switch to a decent carrier & you'd get a 5* rating!”

“I tried to cancel the order very shortly after ordering but your system does not permit that. So I had to wait for delivery and make a return for refund. I returned the item but still have not got the refund.”

“My order of eight books came in three lots. one, two, and five. The last came in a box large enough for forty with many yards of crumpled paper. A smaller more suitable size would have been better. Other wise fine.”
